Our 2015 Summer Picnic will be on:

Saturday, August 22nd, starting at 3PM

Location: 455 Highpoint Curve South, Maplewood, MN

From our hosts, Bill and Marian Eisenmann, here’s the plan:

We would like to start the picnic at 3 p.m. with snacks and appetizers.. 
We will plan to eat our meal between 4 and 4:30p.m., followed by a short program.  

It would be helpful if people would RSVP to us (by August 17), as to what they are planning to bring for the potluck. (appetizer, salad or side dish, or dessert).   

We will have a deli platter (meat, cheese, and sandwich buns) available, as well as beverages.  

Feel free to bring lawn chairs if you have them!
 
Following the meal, there will be a short program.  People are invited to do a brief puppet show or skit (5-10 min. max.)  Our stage will be set up in the basement, as well as a smaller, "tripod" stage if desired.

Directions:
FROM THE WEST:
Take I-94 East to the McKnight South Exit
Take McKnight South to Lower Afton Road (stop light)
Continue on McKnight, to next street, (Londin Lane)
Turn left on Londin
On Londin Lane go about a ¼ mile to Crestview
Turn right on Crestview
Make an immediate left on Highpoint Curve S.
Take Highpoint Curve to top of the hill, we are on the right side –
Brown, 2-story cedar house with spruce trees in front.

FROM THE SOUTH and EAST:

Take I-494 East and North to Valley Creek Road Exit
Exit Left onto Valley Creek Road; go to Century (#120) (golf course on left)

(Note: Valley Creek changes to Lower Afton at Century

Continue on Lower Afton about a ¼ mile to Londin Lane
Turn Left on Londin Lane (Fire station on the corner)
Take Londin Lane (road curves right) to Crestview (1/4 mile)
turn left on Crestview. (3-story condominiums will be on on your right)
Make a an immediate left onto Highpoint Curve
Go to top of the hill, (follow the curve) we are on the right side –
Brown 2-story house with spruce trees outside.
